The following terms and conditions apply: 

Delivery Terms 

Delivery charges (including statutory VAT) 

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €4.00 per order. 

We offer free delivery on orders totalling €30.00 or more. 

Downloadable items are always delivered free of charge. 

These details apply to deliveries within Germany; delivery charges for international deliveries may vary. 

Delivery times 

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5–10 working days following order confirmation (in the case of agreed prepayment, from the time of your payment instruction). 

 If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
